Probably scouting the neighbourhood and spotting the need, Dream Team dropped by my house in the spring of 2014 to suggest that, if exterior painting were to be on my mind, his group could well be the solution. Their polite, low-intensity but knowledgeable approach was immediately appealing and suggested honesty, integrity as well as a strong degree of experience and professionalism.
My immediate, positive reaction led to a lengthy conversationduring which the personal attributes noted were confirmed. He identified a straightforward strategy for the project which, in his opinion, would meet the objectives that I had described. He offered some subtle alternatives which I found to be very appealing.
He assisted in the colour and paint quality selection to assure compatibility with the brick, the eaves troughs, soffits and trim. The price discussion, based on a clear explanation, was simple but complete.
The office people and painting crew were polite, hard-working and respectful of the property. Their no-nonsense but amiable approach was well-received. They completed the job on-budget, on-time and on-plan. The quality was perfect, reflecting their skill and experience. The project attracted lots of unsolicited compliments from my neighbours.
When I opt for an interior painting project in my home, possibly this fall, Dream Team will be the first (and probably the only) person whom I will call.
